Sharon Airaghi, our lead coach and mentor, has 35+ years of experience in the field of Education and is certified by the Disney Institute in Customer Service. She had a brilliant career with Broward County Schools, becoming Chief Service Quality Office. Previously she was also an Area Superintendent, a District Director, and a Principal. Given that Airaghi has experienced every role first-hand and even contributed to the “code,” she has some very unique traits:
